LOGOS :

Logos are 3 types

  1. basic logos
  2. test logos
  3. emblem logos
  4. advanced or complex logo

BASIC LOGOS:

There are two types of graphics :
       1. Vector graphics
       2. Raster graphics

1.VECTOR GRAPHICS:
  •  Those are created by math formula.
  • Benefit of vector is if we increase a logo the quality doesn't decrease. 
  • It is scalable.
  • vector uses two software:
            1. Illustrator of Adobe
            2. Corel draw

2.RASTER GRAPHICS:
  • Raster graphics are made up of  orderly arranged colored pixels to display image.
  • The small unit of an image.
  • Light and Shadow are much more clear in Raster.
  • Raster use software is photoshop of adobe.
  • Square and rectangle is the shape of pixel. It has 4 sides and corners angle should be same.
  • Rectangle pixels are technically called as Anamorphic pixels used in movie and film theater.


EXAMPLE: 




The things should be taken care in  design are :
  1. Alignment: edge arrangement should be proper. 9 reference alignment are there.
  2. Distribution: equal gaps. To activate the distribution we need minimum 3 object.
  3. Grid: imaginary predefined horizontal and vertical lines by software.
  4. Guide lines: user defined guide lines.
  5. Ruler: measurement.
  6. Snapper: edge adjuster. It overcome the overlap and gap b/w the images and object.

Create a Layer in Illustrator In the first section, we will discuss how to create a Layer. Step 1:  To start using the Layers, open it from the Windows and select the  Layers  option. Now you will see a layers panel in the bottom right part. You can begin using the layers options to list, manage, and control items in your work. SYMMETRIC DESIGN: the design which as a mirror image of other side.  ASYMMETRIC DESIGN :    T he design which has two sides but not equal.   Asymmetrical design is  a type of symmetry that uses different color schemes, varying shapes, and irregular layouts to create inequality between the two halves of a design .   BI AXIAL :       The  four sides of design are equal.  Biaxial symmetry in design refers to  a type of symmetrical balance where a design is mirrored both horizontally and vertically .   RADIAL:       A ny design duplicate if it is allign from a center point with equal interval of distance it turn into a design.
